Work:
After gaining an accounting and finance degree, Bai went on to complete his professional exams in the UK where he qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant. 
Bai is now a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He joined Neil O'Sullivan Associates in 1999.
As a general practitioner, his expertise ranges from start-ups to well established corporate clients, with a particular emphasis on accountancy, taxation as well as advising owner managed businesses. He also acts as a consultant ensuring the firm keeps up to date with the latest tax, Companies legislation and financial reporting standards.


Play:
When not at work, Bai enjoys spending time with his family. As a keen sportsman he participates in a number of sports. At the pinnacle of his athletics career; he won various national competitions and represented Sierra Leone in the world Students games in Fukuoka Japan in 1995. He is a member of Thames Valley Harriers athletics club. He also enjoys listening to music and travelling.
