Liese trained at Brighton Art School and gained a degree in Fashion Design at the London College of Fashion, as a Fashion Designer.  Her first post was in quality control with a manufacturer.  She became Production Manager within 2 years, with responsibility for 10 factories and £12m of business.
After an 8 year break to bring up a family she now divides her time between her own successful business in the tourism industry and working with Neil O Sullivan promoting, marketing and developing the company's brand.
